Gaming Nodes Meta 🖥️

Capital formation takes place in various forms in crypto. In Web3 gaming, selling nodes has become a great way to raise millions of dollars. This has turned out to be a great opportunity for investors in most cases. They buy nodes and early passive income in tokens. Further, they are also eligible for various airdrops.

A recent example of this is Xai Games. It is a layer-3 solution on Arbitrum that’s creating ideal blockchain environments for games. They have sold NFT keys that would allow anyone to run a node on their device. This helped them raise tens of millions in a short period. Upon token generation, the node operators got a juicy airdrop.

In this way, the project secures capital and rewards early supporters. In addition, these holders may also be eligible for any airdrop or NFT whitelist for games building on Xai Games. So that’s why I believe more and more projects that will launch new chains will opt for node sales.

We are already seeing this now. HYTOPIA also announced they will have a node sale that is inspired from XAI Games. However, it’s important to note that these metas may not be long-lasting and liquidity will not be concentrated in one place forever.

Azuki — Next Big Thing in the Anime Industry? 🤔

Watching Azuki’s journey is nothing short of a rollercoaster ride. Regardless, the community stays loyal and the team continues to innovate. For 2024, the team has announced some major plans that will expand its IP to new levels. Let's dive into these plans one by one. 

First, Azuki announced a 3-part anthology series in partnership with Goro Taniguchi. This is a big deal. Goro Taniguchi is a veteran director with almost 40 years experience. He has directed One Piece film Red and many other significant anime series. Along with Goro, there will be two other directors leading the remaining episodes. 

Besides selecting a great director, Azuki also partnered with the biggest advertising agency in Japan, Dentsu. This will help them assemble some of the best talent in voice actors and beyond. 

You may think what’ll 3 episodes do for the brand. But doing a complete series of dozens of episodes may backfire. It will cost too much money for something not proven yet. So this is a better approach which can likely draw attention from the Japanese fan base. 

After the anthology series, Azuki announced two more strategies to expand their IP: physical and gaming. Azuki plans to expand their line of physical products to deepen connection with the community. They also teased a big collab later in the year with a luxury brand. 

In terms of gaming, Azuki is planning a hyper casual mobile game that will feature Beanz. The team also mentions large-scale games are being explored to elevate experiences at the intersection of anime and gaming. 

All these announcements have reflected on the price in the last few weeks. Among the blue-chip collections, Azuki has seen a significant increase in floor price and big sales. 

Another Gaming Airdrop🔥

Mavia is launching an exciting Airdrop Program, starting with Season 1 exclusively for Mavia Land stakers and holders. Participants, including Land stakers from Seasons 2, 3, and 4, as well as Land Holders, will be rewarded with $MAVIA tokens through quests and tasks. 

A total of 2% of the MAVIA token supply is allocated for Season 1, with an additional 1% reserved for CEX Exchange-related airdrop activities. This sums up to 3% of the total MAVIA token supply for Airdrops during the Token Generation Event (TGE). The TGE date will be announced soon, and the Season 1 Pioneer Program portal will be live in a week. 

Even if you're a new holder without staked land, you're eligible for an Airdrop, and rewards will be calculated closer to TGE. Claiming your Airdrop is easy using the Pioneer program dashboard on Mavia.com. Connect your wallet, check pending rewards, and claim your $MAVIA tokens shortly after TGE. Make sure to have enough ETH for gas fees.

Future seasons will introduce Pioneer Points, allowing participants to earn rewards like Ruby, NFTs, Sapphire, and even $MAVIA tokens. The Pioneer Program is designed for long-term community growth, with incentives for social engagement, gameplay, and land ownership.

• Pixelmon revealed details for $MON pre-sale, highlighting who qualifies for guaranteed lots and how you can get a waitlist code. 

• Revomon, a monster taming VR game, announced its building on Immutable zkEVM. 

• AI Arena announced the latest funding of $6 million from Framework Ventures and released details on its $NRN token.
