Epic Vs Apple Court Battle 🧑🏻⚖️

Epic Games and Apple have been duking it out in court like characters in one of their intense video game battles.
Just recently, the U.S. Supreme Court threw a curveball, favoring Apple's side and allowing them to swing back with an appeal against Epic Games' move. This means Apple gets to stick with its App Store rules for now, where they keep a tight grip on in-app payments.
Picture this: you're playing Fortnite on your iPhone, all set to buy some cool in-game goodies, but Apple insists you only pay through their checkout.
No detours allowed ❌
That's been Epic Games' gripe all along. They want the freedom to guide players to other payment systems or marketplaces.
The clash between these gaming giants isn't just about virtual points—it's shaking up the world of NFTs and Web3 gaming. Well, Apple's rules have been putting a damper on their parade. They're trying to keep your virtual wallet safe from crypto-craziness.
But hold up, there's a twist!
If Epic Games wins in the long run, we might see a whole new level unlocked. Imagine NFT-friendly apps and games that can sidestep Apple's rulebook and directly connect you with those external NFT hotspots.
The catch? Apple's rules could make it tricky to bring the full NFT experience to iPhone gamers.
So, while the Supreme Court's decision gives Apple the upper hand in this round, the battle's not over. Keep your headsets on, folks, because this fight isn't just about pixels and payments—it's shaping the future of how we play and pay in the gaming universe.
DeGods Season III and Y00ts Big News 😕

In a thrilling whirlwind from August 9 to 10, DeGods Season 3 came alive with three exciting updates that had web3 degens on the edge of their seats.
First up was a cool art makeover. The DeGods got a fresh new look, making them even more awesome. In addition, they also added female DeGods that holders can swap for. They kept the old art too, so no worries if you're attached to the classics. To join the makeover club, it costs 333 $DUST.

Then came y00ts' big move. They decided to switch from Polygon to Ethereum, aiming to bring the DeGods and y00ts communities closer. There was some buzz, both good and not-so-good, but the team's love for both platforms was clear.
Last but not least, the Points Parlor. A fancy name for a cool new way to earn rewards. By staking your DeGods or y00ts NFTs, you could score prizes from a special pool fueled by $DUST from Season 3's art update. Loyalty was the name of the game.
Community reactions were all over the place, like a rollercoaster. Some loved the changes, others had questions. Frank DeGods stepped in, saying he's learning and growing too. The DeGods team is ready for more, and who knows what awesome things Season 3 will bring next.
