Web3 Gaming Scene in Asia 🌏

But that's not all – governments in Asia are giving Web3 a big thumbs-up. Hong Kong is making it easier for retail to dabble in Web3 by bringing more regulatory clarity and legalizing stablecoins. China is also onboard with Web3 gaming, investing a lot and making a cool new internet world.

Japan's into it too, with the Prime Minister acknowledging Web3 tech and Binance (a big crypto company) setting up shop. With governments backing Web3, Asia's turning into a hotspot for new tech.

And the area in which it can excel greater than anybody else is mobile. Asia has reigned as a gaming powerhouse, commanding over 55% of the global market and generating a staggering $72 billion in annual gaming revenue. The region’s infatuation with mobile gaming outpaces PC and console titles, with user penetration soaring to 47%.

More importantly, the awareness about blockchain and NFTs is significantly higher in Asia-specific regions compared to North America. The players are also more curious about the new paradigm in gaming. So the stage is set for Asia to drive major adoption in Web3 gaming.

🚨 Trikon Tournament Alert 🚨

Are you a fan of competitive shooting games? Then we got something for you! Trikon is bringing you a deathmatch tournament collaboration with the famous ev.io. You can participate and stand a chance to win exciting rewards.

Here’s some details on the tournament:

🗓️ Date: 31st August 2023 onwards

⏰ Time: 6:00 PM (GMT)

📅 Last Day to Register: 29th August 2023

🏆 Prize Pool: 5000 INR

In terms of rules, each match will have two teams of four players competing to get the first 50 kills. The loser will be eliminated from the tournament and the winner will advance to the next round. You can also enjoy the watch party with us and catch the live action from our Discord.
